Emily Hilliker

Emily Hilliker, RN, BSN, serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Inhospital Physicians, bringing more than 26 years of nursing expertise and a strong foundation in clinical excellence. Her career has spanned diverse, high-acuity environments, including cardiac care and intensive care units, where she developed a deep understanding of patient care coordination and quality improvement.

For over 11 years, Emily has focused her career on advancing healthcare delivery and optimizing clinical processes to achieve superior patient outcomes. She is passionate about fostering collaboration among providers and staff, driving operational efficiency, and empowering teams to deliver exceptional care.

Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family—often found at the baseball field cheering on her youngest son or supporting the University of South Carolina Gamecocks, where her eldest daughter and son are currently students.
