With more than 20 years of HR leadership experience, his expertise includes employee relations, leadership development, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Don's proven ability to partner with operational and executive leaders, combined with his strong healthcare background, will be invaluable as Inhospital Physicians continues to expand and evolve.

Don completed a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University, and an MBA from Holy Family University and is currently involved locally in SHRM, mentoring and engaging opportunities at Temple University, and currently a member of the Board of Directors, Council of Southeast Pennsylvania.
