Casey Thuma

Casey Thuma is a dedicated healthcare professional with nearly two decades of expertise in clinical operations. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and completed her Master of Health Administration at the Medical University of South Carolina. Since 2007, Casey has built a reputation for her surgical precision in streamlining processes, enhancing team performance, and supporting high-quality patient care.

Joining Inhospital Physicians in May 2025, Casey’s organizational leadership quickly established her as a cornerstone of the organization. Her exceptional ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams facilitates the building of cohesive, resilient care environments. Her collaborative spirit and meticulous attention to detail are instrumental in driving IHP’s operational success.

Outside of her professional life, Casey resides in Delaware with her two daughters. She is an outdoor enthusiast who values quality family time—most often found enjoying the serenity of the beach.
